免學費政策急轉彎 全教總點名官員失職

十二年國教拍板定案前夕，免學費政策卻受到財政壓力，改採高中排富、高職不排富。全國教師工會總聯合會今召開記者會，質疑十二年國教規畫過程，有官員刻意隱瞞財政調度、袒護私校招生與直升比率，要求監察院調查失職官員政治責任。

全教總並點名目前出國的教育部政務次長陳益興，應該為政策大轉彎下台負責，別把責任全丟給教育部長蔣偉寧一個人扛。
