朝令夕改 立委批教育部：自打嘴巴

立院黨團上個月廿三日黨團大會上的報告，教育部長蔣偉寧報告時還說，高中職免學費符合憲法精神，是延長國民基本教育的內涵，還說民意並未一致支持排富。立委說，如今又改排富，難道是想告訴大家說：「民意如流水嗎？」
