未掌握勞退金提撥，勞委會遭糾正

監察院上午通過糾正案，指行政院勞工委員會未能有效督導地方勞動主管機關確實掌握雇主是否依法提撥勞工退休準備金，落實查察處罰，嚴重影響勞工權益；又未妥善保管法制作業檔卷，疏於核校機關出版品的內容正確性，長期怠於處理因應近半數貸款戶積欠貸款本息問題，肇生關廠歇業失業勞工促進就業貸款性質爭議，引發社會動盪不安，核有疏失，提案糾正。
