母車禍死子傷心亡　肇事者判賠266萬

【劉志原╱台北報導】許姓貨車司機，去年開車在北市西藏路左轉時，未禮讓走在行人穿越道的陳姓婦人，將她撞死，陳婦的兒子，在替她辦完喪事後2個月，疑因傷心過度，心因性休克死亡，陳婦的2個女兒及陳婦的媳婦、孫子，向許男及其公司求償1250萬元，台北地院今判陳男與公司應連帶賠陳婦2女兒共266萬餘元；仍可上訴。

刑事部分，被告日前遭依業務過失致死罪判刑8個月；民事部分，法官審理認為，許男肇事屬實，應賠償陳婦2個女兒共400萬元，扣除家屬已領保險金133萬餘元，判許男與公司應賠266萬餘元；至於陳婦兒子之死，無法證明與陳婦車禍有關，被告不必對此賠償。
