前監委蔡慶祝 涉貪發監14年

（中央社記者劉世怡台北21日電）前監察委員蔡慶祝被控假借職權涉嫌貪污，5月被判刑14年確定。台北地檢署執行科檢察官今天傳喚他到案並發監執行。

判決書指出，蔡慶祝被控於民國82年至86年任職第2屆監委期間，利用職權受賄，簽請自動調查欣凱公司、南方公司陳情案，協助欣凱股票上市，並為南方公司因工程逾期所產生的違約罰款關說，設法減免違約金。

全案歷經多年審理，最高法院維持台灣高等法院更六審認定，審酌蔡慶祝案發時身為監委，卻不知潔身自愛，利用監察權行使的機會收受賄賂，依違反貪污治罪條例判處蔡慶祝有期徒刑14年，褫奪公權10年，追繳沒收犯罪所得新台幣100萬元定讞。

北檢指出，日前收受判決後，發出傳票傳喚蔡慶祝今天到案發監執行。1020621
