移交斯諾登港要求按香港法律

港府官員今天表態，若移交史諾登，要按香港法律。

港府律政司長袁國強今天表示，對於任何國家提出的移交要求，都需根據本港的法律去處理，任何移交個案都是一樣，不會有任何例外。

袁國強表示，若美國要求引渡泄密者史諾登，香港會按照一貫合法和公平的機制處理。若啟動引渡罪犯的機制，香港會按第503章中的逃犯條例，將會一如以往按此處理。

至於史諾登的個案，袁國強並無回應，美國有無提出移交處理。
