【新北市訊】因應2013貢寮國際海洋音樂祭延期，遊客如訂購臺鐵7月11日至14日期間往返福隆站對號列車票劵，可至臺鐵各站務票口進行退票，新北市政府已協調臺鐵局同意將不收取手續費用；惟因火車退票管道眾多，如全省各地超商、郵局亦可退票，若遊客退票時仍有支付手續費，可向新北市政府交通局洽詢退費事宜（新北市政府聯絡窗口 （02）2960-3456分機6832或0912-470555鄭小姐）。
