簡訊洩曖昧 男恐嚇女同事起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北17日電）羅姓男子被控偷看已婚女同事的手機簡訊，得知女方疑跟另一男同事曖昧，以此恐嚇女方。北檢日前偵結，依恐嚇罪嫌起訴羅男。

台北地檢署公布的起訴書指出，37歲的羅男在去年間，因看到女同事把手機放在公司，沒有隨身帶著，就無故觀看手機簡訊內容，得知女方與公司另一名男同事疑似婚外情，搞曖昧。

檢方指出，羅男在今年1月間在住處發送簡訊給女方，女方在公司收到簡訊，內容指她背著老公在外面與別的男人偷親，將要公布讓公司及她老公知道，還提到會讓女方做不下去等文字。

女方心生畏懼，後來離職並且提告，檢警查出是羅男所為。

檢方認定，羅男犯案明確，依恐嚇罪嫌，提起公訴。1020817
