房仲新鮮人愛直營店 二度就業挑加盟

【張菱育／台北報導】找房仲工作，社會新鮮人偏好底薪較高的直營店，而二次就業或有房仲經驗的民眾，則偏好加盟體系，挑戰高額獎金。

中信房屋行銷企劃部副理江龍名指出，不少社會新鮮人偏愛往房仲直營店投履歷，主要是因其保證底薪誘人，可保障幾個月底薪有5~6萬元，而加盟體系則較多二度就業及已有房仲經驗的人來應徵，想挑戰高額獎金，且品牌認同度、公司資源提供等，也會影響求職者是否想投該公司履歷，因客戶層多，對未來要開發客戶也比較容易，銷售機會才比較多。
