天兔吐沙 2千頃農作無水灌溉

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣14日電）「天兔」颱風帶來大量泥沙，台東卑南上圳進水口遭砂石掩埋，2000公頃農作目前缺水灌溉，農田水利會預估11月底才能供水。

「這情況比莫拉克颱風還嚴重」，天兔颱風在台東山區帶來豪雨，溪流暴漲，將山區樹木、泥沙帶到下游，鹿野溪滿目瘡痍。

負責灌溉台東市、卑南地區的台東農田水利會卑南圳，天兔颱風過後斷流，水利會人員檢查發現位於紅葉部落鹿野溪上方的進水口遭嚴重破壞，短時間內無法修復。

農田水利會卑南工作站表示，鹿野溪暴漲不僅摧毀紅葉溫泉，卑南上圳進水口攔河堰、6處進水口和沉砂池全部遭到砂石掩埋，1400公尺長的導水隧道也淤滿砂石，預計11月底才能修復。

台東地區農會表示，卑南圳斷水使將近2000公頃農田無水灌溉，受到影響的作物有釋迦、荖葉、水稻，部分農民以水井因應，再過1星期，農作物可能就會開始萎凋了。1021014
