大專境外生服務品質認證　首年5校參與

【蔡永彬／台北報導】教育部今年建立「境外生輔導服務品質認證機制計畫」，先試辦3年，首年由明新科技大學、中原大學、台灣海洋大學、明道大學、台北醫學大學5校參與評鑑。教育部表示，明年將開放全國各大專自由申請認證，通過學校可獲頒金質標章，有效期限3年，教育部將透過海外宣傳招生管道宣傳通過學校，提供境外學生選讀參考。

教育部部長蔣偉寧曾提出「3年內境外生達10萬人」的目標，該計畫依「校園環境建置」、「輔導服務制度」與「服務人力」3大服務品質分類，共列舉89項細部指標，其中40項為必要指標，49項為選要指標，學校要達到所有必要指標及8成以上選要指標才能通過。
