機構預計歐洲央行有降息可能

本周以來，歐元區銀行間隔夜拆借利率已連續4天高於歐洲央行0.25%的主要再融資利率。歐洲央行數據顯示，歐元區銀行間隔夜拆借利率22日達到0.351%，直接抬升了歐元區企業融資成本。與此同時，歐元區過剩流動性(excess liquidity)為1255億歐元，為2011年12月以來最低值，給處在脆弱復甦期的歐洲經濟帶來負面影響。多家機構預計，為刺激經濟發展，歐洲央行可能於近期將主要再融資利率由目前的0.25%下降至0.1%。

集團(ing)高級利率策略師吉安桑蒂表示，短期拆借利率連續超出主要再融資利率，加大了未來三個月內歐洲央行削減主要再融資利率的可能性。他認為，歐洲央行於2013年11月已將利率由0.50%降至0.25%，如再度下調，最大幅度可能為15基點，即從目前的0.25%下降至0.1%。
