血汗看護院　越勞工作13小時全年無休

雲林一名蔡姓男子（66歲），在土庫開設蔡醫院，另設護理之家，從前年8月起，引進越籍外勞從事看護工作。
 
蔡男涉嫌扣押越勞護照、存摺及印章等證件，限制行動自由，每天工作長達13小時且全年無休。
 
今年4月，高市刑大接獲檢舉，4月18日，雲林縣勞工局也接獲投訴，院方這時才將護照發還。
 
警方發現，院方涉嫌製作假帳，不僅登錄正常休假，每天給1小時加班費，還將薪資代為轉帳，外勞搞不清楚院方幫忙匯多少錢回越南。
 
警方本月8日救出10名外勞，查扣出勤及薪資明細等資料。一名女外勞（21歲）聲淚控訴「工時太長」。蔡姓院長聲稱無苛扣，警方訊後依人口販運防制法及就業服務法送辦，10名外勞先安置，再由雲林勞工局轉介雇主。
