中信銀個資洩 金管會令補救

(中央社記者吳靜君台北14日電)媒體報導，中國信託銀行有個資外洩情形，金管會表示，計有3萬3000件資料外露，已要求中信銀在一週內，提出如何充分保護客戶資料安全的補救措施，以及說明事件發生原因。

媒體報導，中信銀13日網路銀行功能未正常運作，導致個資外洩情況。

金融監督管理委員會立即調查中信銀個資外洩情形。金管會說，根據瞭解，有3萬3000件資料外洩，為中信銀繳費系統網路銀行的帳號有外洩情形，這些帳號備註欄中有客戶所填個人資料，像是電話等，但不會影響客戶網銀的交易。

金管會說，中信銀13日採取的緊急應變措施，立即關閉代繳中心功能，直到今天凌晨6時才重新開啟。

金管會要求中信銀，須充分保護客戶的資料安全，並提補救措施；另外還要說明事件發生原因。金管會說，依據過往經驗，銀行有個資外洩情形，必須在一週內提出報告。

適逢台菲網軍互相攻擊的敏感時刻，中信銀發生網銀個資外洩事件。金管會表示，外洩原因還要調查，但無論什麼原因，銀行有保護客戶資料的責任。

金管會表示，將檢視整起事件，中信銀是否未落實內控，再決定懲處與否。1020514
