因應環境變化濕地可廢止

溼地法草案中午完成立法院內政委員會初審，爭議條文都由委員會決議保留送朝野協商。行政院版本有濕地地得廢止文字，引發朝野立委質疑，國民黨立委吳育昇說，滄海都可以變桑田，應考慮自然環境變化列入「廢止」可能。
