《會計法》修正漏「教授」　翁啟惠：真的沒有？

立法院挑燈夜戰三讀通過的《會計法》修正案，但條文漏了「教」字，教授因而不在除罪化範圍。中研院長翁啟惠說，不知道沒將教授納入，也沒有鼓吹修《會計法》，也不知道學界有努力運作此事。
 
翁啟惠還問媒體說：「真的沒有涵蓋教授？你們有確定？」，也不願對未納入「教」提出看法。
