男開跑車酒駕拒測　強制抽血檢出酒精反應

【綜合報導】今天凌晨開著ＢＭＷ跑車的男子謝昊辰〈37歲〉，遭警攔下後拒絕酒測，經強制抽血檢測酒測值為0.56ml/g，今日11時許做完筆錄後被依公共危險罪移送法辦，據警方表示，在巡邏途中，發現一部BMW轎車一路搖晃，警員一路尾隨後在敦化南路巷子內將車攔下，車門一開就聞到濃濃酒氣，還疑似有女藝人同車，謝姓男子當場表示拒測，經請示後強制進行抽血檢測，酒測值為0.56ml/g，經進行筆錄後，謝姓男子被依公共危險罪送辦。
