台新彰銀案 財部立場不變

(中央社記者吳靜君台北21日電)財政部長張盛和表示，台新彰銀案，財政部的立場不變，也尊重台新金如果要提行政訴願。他指出，行政訴願是民間合法的權益。

台新金控今天召開股東會，小股東李金土(阿土伯)在臨時動議提案，對於台新銀和彰化銀行合併不成，要求台新金對主管機關提出告訴或行政訴願。

張盛和參加2013年民間參與公共建設招商大會，會後接受媒體採訪時，作以上表示。

根據財政部2月時表達的立場為，盡全力維護國家及社會大眾利益，不同意併購。

財政部政務次長曾銘宗當時表示，彰化銀行為百年老銀行，而台新金控以22.55%的股權掌握控制主導權，強行進行「非合意併購」，形式上雖是台新銀行併入彰化銀行，但實則彰化銀行將由台新金控主導，將會損及彰化銀行廣大客戶，眾多股東及員工權益。1020621
