與女童車震拒婚　判囚3年半

【記者蔣永佑／台北報導】李姓男子1997間因在桃園經營超市，認識前來消費、由祖父隔代教養的11歲輕度智障女童，李男與女童交往、帶她出去玩，使女童誤認彼此為男女朋友，雙方進而在超市二樓男方住處嘿保、在附近草地及寺廟旁空地車震，共3度發生性行為。
 
女童祖父（已歿）隔年5月得知此事後，約李男談判，要求迎娶孫女，李男不要，祖父提告。李男到案時否認是女童男友，也否認與女童嘿咻但測謊沒過，加上女童對李男住處陳設及性交過程指證歷歷，被判定罪名成立。李男賠100萬換和解。最高法院日前駁回李男上訴，依與未成年人性交罪判刑3年半。
