油品檢驗銅葉綠素 獲國際認證

日前衛福部食藥署獨步全球開發出食用油銅葉綠素檢驗方式，衛福部今天宣布此檢驗方式已經獲得國際認證，這是全球第一個開發出油品中檢驗銅葉綠素方式的國家。

食藥署利用在油品淨化前，用高效液相層析儀 (HPLC)進行第一階段篩檢，判定為疑似陽性的檢體，再用液相層析高解析度串聯質譜儀(LC/MASS-MASS)進行確認，這套檢驗技術標準已經獲得國際認證。
