大統未繳罰款 彰縣府今移送強制執行

大統長基食品公司食用油品涉嫌攙偽、假冒和標示不實，負責人規避、不願配合行政調查，被彰化縣政府依違反食品衛生管理法裁罰18.5億元，10月31日開出罰單，大統沒繳半毛錢，縣政府12月1日罰款繳納期限屆滿，等不到大統善意回應，今天依行政執行法第十一條第一項第一款，將全案移送法務部行政執行署彰化分署強制執行。
