中油：油氣價公式公開透明

各界對於中油在12月初調整國內汽柴油以及家用液化石油氣價格表達不滿，中油今天(3日)下午召開記者會表示，油價以及液化石油氣價格調整都是依照經濟部核定的計價機制，再根據國際指標油價或氣價實際行情計算，公式公開且透明，並無不當調整價格以彌補中油虧損。

針對外界建議將痛苦指數納入油(氣)價公式一事，中油表示，政府委託專業機構自去年開始討論，但討論結果皆認為痛苦指數包含通貨膨脹率及失業率等落後指標，受季節因素影響大，不全然受到油價影響，因此不宜將痛苦指數納入浮動油價公式。

中油並強調，如果依照調價機制計算，12月份液化石油氣每公斤應調漲新台幣8.4元，為配合政府穩定物價及照顧民生，本月只調漲1.0元，自行吸收7.4元，即每桶瓦斯先行吸收148元；如果再加計先前中油已吸收的2.25元，累計吸收金額增加為9.65元。
