總理：葡萄牙不需要第二次紓困

葡萄牙總理庫艾留(Pedro Passos Coelho)12日表示，葡萄牙可以脫離國際紓困計畫，重回金融市場融資。

歐洲聯盟對葡萄牙780億歐元(1,070億美元)的紓困計畫將在明年6月到期。許多經濟專家質疑，葡萄牙是否真的已經能夠脫離紓困，不需要歐洲聯盟的第二次援助。

不過庫艾留在接受廣播和電視訪問時表示，在過去兩年，葡萄牙已經創造出不需要歐盟二次紓困的成果。

根據2011年達成的780億歐元紓困協議，葡萄牙必須在當年縮減赤字達5.9%，之後兩年的目標分別為4.5%和3%，葡萄牙因此展開了艱困的緊縮計畫。

根據葡萄牙政府提出的2014年預算案，該國經濟可望在明年首度恢復成長，脫離國際紓困計畫。

根據新年度預算，葡萄牙政府承諾將大舉削減公部門薪資與退休金支出。
