海軍軍艦首度載物資赴帛琉賑災

海軍戰車登陸艦中和艦及康定級巡防艦昆明艦，載運16.8噸白米、1000箱泡麵、60間組合屋及600加侖蓄水塔30座等物資，預計今天下午5時出海，赴帛琉救助在颱風中重創的災民，預計5天後抵達，這是我國軍艦首度赴帛琉賑災。

康定艦伴護中和艦赴菲律賓宿霧港賑災，為軍艦赴國外救災立下好典範。在外交部及紅十字會的協調下，今天開度作賑災之航。比照菲國模式，戰車登陸艦載物資，巡防艦護航。

海軍艦隊指揮部官兵這幾天忙著裝卸物資，指揮官黃曙光、外交部及紅十字會人員，將在左營軍港舉行記者會，見證賑災之航。
