大陸初步裁定美歐日部分無縫鋼管傾銷

大陸商務部網站今天公告，初步裁定原產於歐盟、日本和美國的進口相關高溫承壓用合金鋼無縫鋼管存在傾銷，中國業者已遭受實質損害，且傾銷與實質損害之間，存在因果關係。

公告稱，將自2013年12月17日起，依初裁決定所確定的傾銷幅度，各公司必須向中國海關繳交相應的保證金。其中，歐盟公司的保證金比率為17.8%、11.4%、44.2%三類。

日本公司的保證金比率為36.6%，美國方面，威曼高登鍛造有限公司的保證金比率為9.2%，其餘公司為39%。
