2013年全台房價　桃園漲12.5%最多

邁入新的一年，統計2013年1~11月實價揭露房價，發現各主要都會區房價增幅最高，分別為桃園縣12.5%、新北市10.4%；而台北市房價增幅1.9%居末。桃園縣從1月平均每坪14.4萬元，漲至11月每坪16.2；新北市則從每坪27.9萬元，漲至每坪30.8萬元。

有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀表示，去年受政策壓抑，台北市房價增幅不大，不過觀察近期過年前全台有巢氏店頭買賣情況，發現賣方物件有增多現象，買方則因為擔憂未來房市波動，買方近期出價相對保守。預估今年房市整體波動不大，趁近期房市物件變多，對購屋的買方來說是多看多比較的好時機，有機會挑到適合自己的物件。（張菱育／台北報導）
