菲律賓道歉？菲方未表態

台灣漁民在台菲重疊經濟海域遭菲方公務船掃射，造成一漁民死亡，外交部次長石定上午召見菲律賓駐台代表白熙禮，白熙禮約9時30分到外交部，大批媒體守候在電梯口，外交部大門警衛請白熙禮先登記並打電話確認之後，亞太司副司長周穎華才下樓接人；媒體問是否道歉，白熙禮未正面回應，僅表示見到石定會先說明當時的詳細情況。
