李登輝對菲律賓事件看法

前總統李登輝今天下午五時，在台中市南屯區中山醫學大學附設醫醫國際會議廳演講「領導能力的修練」，席間有人詢問他對菲律賓事件看法。他說，台菲領海不清楚，領海的問題，應該出面簽訂就好了，政府面對菲律賓事件，應該出面處理。做為領導人在這種情況下，應該態度明確，要菲律賓來劃定漁業協定，並且解決領海的問題。

李登輝指出，很多漁民無法捕魚，與領海、漁業權出了問題，不僅菲律賓，釣魚台也面臨同樣的問題，從他在總統任內到現在已簽了17次漁業協定，如今已解決，政府也應出面解決菲律賓漁權問題。他也批評總統馬英九曾說釣魚台是台灣的領土一事，他說「你去拿好了」。李登輝認為，馬英九對於釣魚台的歷史應該了解、國際法應該了解，不要沒有的事說一堆，他聽了覺得很羞愧。
