統一獅為4、5月球迷慶生　將開放報名

統一獅為實現球迷與球星一同慶生的願望，將於5月31日在台南球場，義大犀牛vs.統一獅之戰，在5局中場休息時，安排4、5月壽星和統一獅王牌投手潘威倫、巨砲郭俊佑一同慶生。

有意共同慶生的4、5份壽星，除必須購買31日當天門票入場外，23日下午13:00起，至統一獅官網登錄報名，限額30人，額滿為止。
