張盛和：證所稅不會拖到下月

(中央社記者吳佳穎台北10日電)財政部長張盛和表示，目前針對證所稅修正版，快速通過是各界共識，他估計最快24日可以通過，不會拖到第2次臨時會。

財政部10日舉辦財政部主管法規合理化成果暨端午節茶敘記者會。

張盛和在記者會上表示，證所稅方案在立法院上個會期進入協商，到6月22日滿一個月協商期，他預計6月24日左右就會通過，對股市將有正面幫助。

張盛和說，臨時會6月27日結束，因此在這一次臨時會，也就是6月24日通過，很有可能，應該不會進入到7月的第2次臨時會。

至於以什麼形式通過？張盛和說，要看協商，經過一個月，各界反應各黨團都看到了，目前快速通過幾乎是各界共識，應該可以樂觀期待；而會前接受媒體訪問時，張盛和也說，證所稅已沒有紛擾，他認為不會拖到第2次臨時會。1020610
