玩雲霄飛車嚇死 家屬難求償

今年4月在新竹六福村因為乘坐笑傲飛鷹後，引發身體不適，造成休克的17歲少女吳雅雯，意外發生已經將近3個月，今天家屬出面控訴，遊樂園遲遲不願賠償理賠金，因為現在的遊樂園，對於一般民眾只投保公共意外責任險，如果不是因為乘坐在遊樂設施上發生意外，而是個人突然發生身體狀況，業者就不對個人進行理賠，讓家屬相當不滿。

吳姓少女家屬：「我想要的你有辦法還我嗎？」

語帶哽咽，眼淚直流，今年4月在六福村搭乘笑傲飛鷹後，沒想到卻意外猝死的吳雅雯，事發將近3個月，家屬控訴連理賠都要不到。

吳姓少女家屬：「她沒有吞一個螺絲，也沒有被一個橫桿打到，你要求她解剖，那解剖了呢，解剖了你才來跟我說不好意思，我們那個是要遊樂器材產生的才有所謂理賠。」

面對失去家人又求償無門，家屬痛上加痛，現在的遊樂園對於一般民眾只投保公共意外責任險，如果園方有具體疏失才會理賠，但如果像吳姓少女突然個人身體發生狀況，目前則不屬於業者的賠償部分，但消保法卻有不同規範。

消保處秘書陳星宏：「業者負擔的責任就是無過失，縱然沒有過失，也要負賠償的責任。」

雖然現在沒有強制要求園區內發生意外就要理賠，但保障民眾權益，還是希望家屬跟業者進行溝通，尋求解決之道。
