媚登峯案 查到過期3年的面膜

（中央社記者戴雅真台北3日電）知名美容塑身業者媚登峰被控販賣過期保健食品。台北市衛生局今天配合檢調稽查，查獲25種逾期產品，包括過期3年的面膜。

衛生局表示，所查獲23種逾期化妝品及2種逾期食品，已全部公布在衛生局網站。

衛生局表示，今天配合台北市調查處，同步稽查媚登峰安和總公司、美連雲店，在美連雲店查獲3種逾期食品、22種逾期化妝品，其中2項面膜甚至已過期3年。

食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀表示，衛生局去年查獲媚登峰西門店、美連雲店倉庫儲放逾期食品，開罰新台幣6萬元罰鍰，並展開追蹤。針對這次逾期食品與化妝品，衛生局會儘快開罰。

邱秀儀進一步指出，這次稽查另發現疑似塗改有效日期的29種化妝品，衛生局已依行政程序調查中。

衛生局聯合稽查隊南區分隊長張太安表示，這29種化妝品的有效期限以標籤浮貼，有偽造之嫌，必須一一核對批號，確認有效期限是否屬實。

邱秀儀表示，若確認變造有效日期，可處每件10萬元以下罰鍰。她並指出，民眾如有產品安全衛生或消費疑義，可透過市民熱線1999轉7110，進行消費爭議協商。1020703
