獅子頭不符CAS 義美撤認證

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北5日電）義美食品再傳食品安全爭議，傳出「義美冷凍獅子頭疑似有大腸桿菌」，義美發表聲明指出，已撤銷CAS認證。

針對媒體報導「義美冷凍獅子頭疑似有大腸桿菌」，義美在自家網站上說明指出，冷凍獅子頭產品，因為現階段銷量很少，故公司主動在8月底向CAS協會提出退出此品項認證。

義美表示，CAS協會卻主動告知媒體此項產品單一批號(2013年04月24日生產)不合格，CAS協會的「不尋常」作法，有點令人不解。

說明內容表示，根據TVBS報導中，CAS協會6月及7月所檢驗不合格之冷凍獅子頭產品，事實上都是2013年4月24日生產之同一批號產品，其餘批號產品從未有不合格狀況。

義美指出，生產的冷凍獅子頭產品以高溫油炸，在工廠生產段，不太可能有問題，且工廠留樣檢測也都沒有問題。針對CAS協會對於義美冷凍獅子頭檢驗不合格結果，義美食品採保留態度。

義美食品目前針對該批號冷凍獅子頭，按異常處理程序辦理下架、回收。1020905
