江宜樺：8年800億是中央幫助地方處理治水

【徐珮君／台北報導】綠營縣市首長連手爭取治水預算，行政院長江宜樺今天下午接受網路媒體NOWNEWS專訪時說，過去8年800億預算是中央幫助地方處理地方權責的事，整治縣市管轄的河川，「地方沒有財力，中央去幫助。」

江宜樺強調，「這不是要去跟地方討人情，中央沒有推卸責任」，而是希望中央、地方分工要做好。「中央可以幫忙把一次性的建設好，但地方要做好河川疏濬等工作，不能地方不編預算，每隔幾年要中央編預算清淤。」

此外，江宜樺接受《新頭殼》專訪也說，治水是一個很龐雜寂寞的工作，埋頭苦幹的做，也看不出成果，地方弄人行步道美化，或中央做些華而不實的工程，反而會讓人覺得政府有在做事，「但不論是中央或地方都應該抗拒這種壓力和誘惑，儘量把錢用在刀口上，儘量讓專業決定該怎麼做，而不是被地方上的民眾需求帶著走。」
