舉林益世賴素如為例　王金平指處分不合理

【劉志原╱台北報導】台北地院下午開庭審理王金平聲假處分案，開庭時，王金平的委律師許英傑說，國民黨在缺乏證據的情況下，推論王金平涉關說，還將他撤銷黨籍，但反觀台北市議員賴素如及行政院前秘書長林益世，均曾因涉貪遭收押、起訴，但2人僅遭國民黨停權，國民黨對王金平的處分顯然不合理。

國民黨的律師陳明認為，林益世、賴素如2人的懲處案，是人民團體的內部事務，司法機關應予尊重。
