房貸利息補貼放寬　申請人2個月內可變更

【郭寶懃／台北報導】民眾向內政部申請購屋貸款利息補貼，有關申請人與抵押人要同一人的申請限制，內政部決定放寬為申請人接到查核後，只要在2個月內更名，仍可申請補助，加上未來政府會每3年針對已申請補助者進行查核，如果民眾經濟改善，將停止補貼。

內政部營建署國民住宅組長王安強表示，民眾在接到定期查核通知後2個月，可向地方主管機關辦理更名與向承貸金融機構補正文件，若經地方主管機關與承貸金融機構審查符合規定，就可以繼續領取利息補貼到限定期限。
