食藥署：大統是刻意的經濟犯罪

大統長基食品公司爆發油品食安問題，並涉嫌欺瞞消費者，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署食品組組長蔡淑貞表示，「這是刻意的經濟犯罪。」

大統長基不僅在橄欖油中違法添加「銅葉綠素」，同時也爆出花生油沒有花生成分，並添加香精。蔡淑貞表示，雖然法規沒有規定油品不得添加香精，但歐盟已經規定油品不得添加，基於保護消費者立場，添加香精行為是「不妥」的。

蔡淑貞表示，業者必須舉證添加香精的必要性，並證明對消費者無害，因為「以現在的加工技術，應該不需要使用香精。」
