中市大統劣油下架　憑發票或瓶身可退費

【黃任膺／台中報導】臺中市政府已要求各大賣場將大統劣質油品全部下架，市府消保官也確認退貨機制，六大賣場均同意消費者只要憑發票或會員記錄即可退費，消費者如有任何退費糾紛，可向市府消保官申訴。
 
市府法制局長林月棗表示，愛買、全聯、家樂福、大買家、大潤發、楓康等六大賣場，皆可憑「發票」或「會員記錄」辦理退費。其中愛買及全聯憑「瓶身」可退費，大潤發憑「收據」也可辦理退費。
 
林局長指出，大統公司問題油品，彰化地檢署檢察官已會同當地彰化縣政府衛生局查扣，臺中市政府衛生局人員也就各販售點下架事宜進行查核。
