綠委請迴避 潘維剛指標準應一致

立法院內政、司法及法制委員會聯席會議，上午審查行政院函送中央選舉委員會委員提名名單，張博雅為委員並為主任委員、劉義周為委員並為副主任委員、劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥及仉桂美均為委員，請同意案。

由於潘維大是立委潘維剛的哥哥，民進黨立委段宜康質疑是否有涉及利益迴避問題？並指「在場就是參與」。

潘維剛隨即發言指出，她尊重委員會；不過她也指出，先前司法委員會議決是否成立監聽調閱小組時，也有人建議民進黨總召柯建銘迴避，但柯也未迴避。

潘維剛說，她會離席，但「希望民進黨能用同樣標準，請告訴柯總召應該迴避」。
