「警告」司法院不得具體求刑 李復甸否認

媒體報導指監察委員李復甸「警告」司法院刑事廳勿將檢察官「得具體求刑」條文明確入法，否則將糾正司法院。

李復甸下午否認介入修法，他指出，他對檢方動輒具體求刑一事，在去年的糾正文已寫得很清楚；如果有必要，也會以書面建議司法院或法務部，「從來不會用警告來處理」。

他表示，如果真有必要的話，還可以對相關人等行使監委質問權，又何必要去「警告」司法院？
