中選會委員提名案 完成初審

立法院內政與司法法制委員會聯席審查中選會人事同意權案，立法院長王金平黨籍案仍是關注焦點。對立委質疑中選會加速處理王金平喪失黨籍案公文，淪為政治打手。被提名中選會主委張博雅表示，沒有特別加速處理王案，所有公文中選會都當日處理，從未擱置。

民進黨立委強烈質疑，隨即提出臨時動議，要求中選會在3日內，提供王金平駐銷立委名籍的公文，以及當月份所有公文提供比對，釐清是否涉入政爭。
