經部國營事業年終 漢翔4.4月最多

經濟部長日前已經核定一百零一年度所屬五家國營事業的年終獎金，包括考成獎金每家公司都是兩個月，績效獎金則各憑表現，以漢翔公司今年績效最好，總計年終拿到四點四個月最多，最少的是台糖三點一六個月，台電則是三點二個月。

立法院經濟委員會二十五號審查經濟部所屬台水、中油和漢翔公司等三家國營事業的明年度預算案。立委關切經濟部所屬五家國營事業一百零一年度的年終獎金，經濟部長張家祝答詢時表示，日前已經核定，五家公司的考成獎金都是兩個月，績效獎金部分，漢翔2.4個月最多，其次是台水1.6個月、台電1.2個月、中油1.19個月，台糖1.16個月。

立委：『說明一下，你這個五家年終獎金，中油已經核定多少了？』

張家祝：『1.19個月』

張家祝表示，國營事業績效不能光看表面盈餘或虧損，還要考量政策性負擔，否則員工怎麼努力都無法從年終獎金反映。
