報導黃世銘說謊 特偵：非事實

自由時報報導，檢察總長黃世銘在立法院答詢時曾保證，除高檢署檢察官林秀濤外，未在「100年度特他字第61號」監聽其他檢察官。但根據民進黨立委柯建銘所調閱的卷證，特偵組還用此案監聽檢察官李白松，並調閱檢察官孫冀薇、法官劉嶽承的信用卡資料。立委抨擊特偵組不僅濫權，黃世銘更是謊話連篇。

特偵組今天回應，司法關說案中針對只監聽柯建銘和林秀濤2人，沒監聽其他人、總長沒有說謊，特偵組提出相關事證向法院合法聲請監聽，沒有違法或濫權。至於監聽檢察官李白松的部分，不便回應。
