被爆監聽其他檢察官 　特偵組回應有玄機

【劉昌松／台北報導】針對媒體報導檢察總長黃世銘說謊，同時監聽其他檢察官，特偵組今澄清表示，在偵辦司法關說案時，針對「可能涉嫌犯罪」部分僅監聽立委柯建銘與檢察官林秀濤，「報載黃總長說謊，絕非事實」。但對於是否監聽檢察官李白松部分，特偵組語帶玄機地表示「不便回應」。

《自由時報》今報導，黃世銘曾在立院答詢時，否認曾用「特他字第61號」監聽林秀濤以外的司法官，但立委柯建銘在黃世銘遭起訴後，調閱相關卷證發現，特偵組監聽對象，除柯、林外，還有檢察官李白松，黃世銘因此被立委批評「濫權、謊話連篇」。

特偵組對此發表3點說明表示：1針對司法關說「可能涉嫌犯罪」部分，僅就柯、林2人電話實施監聽，並無監聽其他人；2、特偵組實施監聽都經法官核准，絕無違法或濫權；3、有關報載監聽李姓檢察官部分不便回應。
