鹽奶殺嬰案移審 伯母恐難交保

涉嫌在奶粉中攙鹽毒殺女嬰緗緗的女子鄒雅婷，經台北地檢署檢方26日偵結依殺人罪起訴後，在今（27）日下午3點將全案移交台北地方法院審理；對於移審後是否會有交保可能，法界人士表示，機會恐怕不高。

對於自己因鹽奶殺嬰案被求處死刑，目前收押在台北女子看守所的鄒女透過律師表示，很難過自己所犯下的過錯，但平靜接受起訴結果；但鄒女依舊否認有殺人犯意，強調攙鹽並非意圖毒殺女嬰緗緗。

而關於全案移審後，鄒女是否會有交保可能，法界人士表示，由於是家族內犯案，不論是從犯案地點或是涉案人員的角度來看，在親屬共同居住往來的前提下，還是存在有串證、湮滅證據，甚至是逃亡的可能性；因此，交保的可能性並不高。
