搭捷運嚼檳榔不服被勸導　惡男打人判5月

【吳珮如／台北報導】台北市38歲洪姓男子今年3月13日搭乘捷運文湖線嚼檳榔，不滿被副站長張男勸導，洪男惱羞成怒和張男肢體衝突後離開，2天後洪男搭同路線捷運又嚼檳榔被張男遇到，不爽張男告知已報警處理，竟又打傷張男頭腳，士林地院今依傷害罪將洪男第2次打人行為判刑5月，得易科罰金15萬元，至於第1次打人犯行另案審理。

張男任職捷運劍南路站，表示第2次挨打時，正搭捷運要去港墘站調閱前次被張男毆打的監視器畫面，怎料洪男也搭同班列車，且又嚼檳榔被站務人員通報，他下車告訴洪男已報警追究前次傷害責任，要洪男等警員來處理，洪男竟又打傷他。

洪男出庭時均否認犯行，法官當庭勘驗監視器畫面，證明洪男不但對張男拳打腳踢還口出惡言，全案仍可上訴。
