學者：民眾投資信心增 景氣有望好轉

中央大學台灣經濟發展研究中心公布十二月份消費者信心指數（CCI），總指數七十八點二二點。六項分類指標中，民眾看好「未來半年投資股票時機」，但是卻看壞「未來半年國內經濟景氣」。中央大學台經中心認為，民眾心理受先前的外在環境影響，實際上沒這麼糟。（戎華儀報導）

十二月的消費者信心指數調查中，「未來半年投資股票時機」的指數是71.6點，比上個月上升2.6點；「未來半年國內經濟景氣」69.85點，比上個月下降1.85點。

中央大學台經中心主任吳大任指出，這兩項指標結果矛盾，顯示民眾心理受食品安全疑慮，和國內機構紛紛下修今年的GDP預測影響，認為景氣不好，但投資股票和房地產等耐久性財貨的信心又呈現樂觀，代表其實景氣有轉好的跡象。

吳大任：『在氛圍上，一般的消費者可能會覺得景氣不是很好，但是你問他有關投資理財方面的信心，他的回答又是信心有在提升。...我個人是認為在有關投資信心這部分，民眾的投資信心增加，可能是在反映未來景氣好轉的領先指標。』

吳大任指出，這個月的民眾消費信心和十一月持平，年輕族群薪資沒有成長、消費保守，所以提升年輕人的薪資還是最重要的事情。
