Swatch工廠 遭大火燒毀

瑞士手表製造商Swatch集團旗下兩座工廠分別遭燒毀與破壞，損失上看數十萬瑞郎，所幸無人員傷亡。

Swatch執行長海耶克（Nick Hayek）29日表示，當地時間29日上午8時45分，旗下手表機芯生產商ETA Manufacture Horlogere發生大火，衝擊「生產核心」，「所有東西全都付之一炬」。ETA為全球最大手表機芯生產商，使Swatch在手表機芯零件供應市場占有幾乎壟斷的地位。

Swatch指出，大火燒毀ETA位於瑞士Grenchen的電鍍工作室，濃煙則損害另一間小工廠，幸好無人在火災中受傷，目前還不清楚起火原因，損失也仍難以估算。

海耶克說，Swatch還可仰賴其他工廠。該集團以生產五顏六色的塑膠手表聞名，旗下還包括高級品牌歐米茄（Omega）手表。

瑞士警方估計，這場大火的災損可能達數十萬瑞郎。
