玩「妞妞」1晚贏3500萬　5男恐嚇討債判拘

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市1名蔡姓釣蝦場老闆，去年2月與陳姓男子等4人在釣蝦場賭博，以撲克牌玩「妞妞」比點數大小，蔡男從凌晨玩到清晨，竟輸了3500萬元。

陳男等人為催討債務，陸續到釣蝦場逼蔡男簽下2500萬元本票，嚇稱「會找通緝逃亡大陸的要犯過來處理」、還砸毀釣蝦場玻璃、潑漆，陳男等人又找另名張男協助討債，張男也恫稱陳男在海線槍枝很多等語。

事後蔡男收掉釣蝦場，舉家搬遷躲債，但仍被找到，妻子驚恐萬分報警，台中地院今依恐嚇、毀損、強制等罪判處陳男等5人拘役40日至115日不等，得易科罰金。
