南韓信用卡用戶個資外洩　客戶可獲全額賠償

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】韓國信用評價公司（Korea Credit Bureau）的電腦維護人員日前非法拷貝兩千萬份信用卡用戶個資，造成南韓近半數信用卡帳戶資訊外洩，而且還非法轉賣給行銷公司。竊取個資的嫌犯目前已經被捕，信用卡公司除公開道歉，也將針對客戶遭受的損失全額賠償。

韓聯社報導，近日發生客戶資訊洩露事件的KB國民卡、樂天卡、NH農協卡負責人20日召開緊急記者會並公佈了應對方案。除全額賠償客戶損失，KB國民卡近期將停止發送宣傳類簡訊和電話直銷，KB國民卡與樂天卡都將增加客服人手，處理客戶的諮詢電話。

韓國KB金融集團高層負責人表示，集團管理層的所有成員已向KB金融集團會長林英鹿提交了辭呈。包括KB金融副社長、專務、常務等所有負責執行業務的高層主管及國民銀行行長李建鎬、國民銀行副行長級以上主管、國民卡社長沈載五等國民信用卡公司的主管，都提出了辭呈。
